Discover Gay Russia,
country almost unknown to the rest of the world. You will not
only become familiar with the Moscow and St. Petersburg the way
other tourists see them, but also visit all the most interesting
gay hangouts of both Russian capitals, dance at the gay discos
and experience gay life – the Russian style!
Program
Day 1
Arrival in Moscow. Transfer
from the airport to the hotel, check in.
* Coach excursion
“Moscow at night”- Sparrow Hills – the beautiful view of the city
from the lookout point, Moscow State University. Novodevichiy
Convent, “Diplomatic Village,” Victory Park with its fountains and
churches, the Triumphal Arch, Kutuzov Prospect, Arbat Street, among
other sites.
* If you are not too
tired after your flight and ready to party, we can arrange an
optional visit to gay night club Soul and Body. Driver and/or guide
will be provided.
Day 2
Breakfast.
Sightseeing coach tour
around the most beautiful places of Moscow: the most animated and
saucy Tverskaya Street, the former KGB headquarters, Bolshoi
Theatre, Russian White House, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior,
the Red Square, the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed, among
others.
Coach excursion to the
Moscow Kremlin & Kremlin Cathedrals. The Kremlin has always been
perceived as a symbol of power and might of the Russian land. Each
era of Russian history left its architectural mark on the Kremlin.
Within the Kremlin walls there are many architectural monuments,
churches, cathedrals, museums.
*Lunch at the café of
famous gay restaurant Café Des Artist.
*Coach tour to
Kolomenskoe. Great Princes’ mansion of the XIV – XVII century. It is
the unique art, historical, architectural and nature – landscape
museum-reserve, located to the South of Moscow. It is a remarkable
place to enjoy Russian folklore performance such as wedding game,
skomorokhs (buffoons) and folk songs.
*Transfer to the disco
club. Have fun at a Gay Disco-the best of Moscow - “New Age”
(Entrance fees are not included). The best gay club in Moscow,
extremely popular on weekends and Monday nights. Very creative drag
shows stand-up comedy, cabaret, and male striptease.
Day 3
Breakfast.
Excursion to the
Tretyakov State Gallery. The Tretyakov State Gallery is one of the
world’s largest museums, a treasure house of old Russian art from
the 11th to the 20th century. The gallery bears the name of its
founder Pavel Tretyakov, a rich Russian manufacturer and patron of
art. He presented his collection to the city of Moscow in 1892. Now
the Tretyakov Gallery holds more than 50000 works of painting,
graphic art and sculpture. You will also have a unique opportunity
to see a giant canvas of famous Russian gay artist from the 19th
century Alexander Ivanov – Christ Appearing Before The People, which
took the artist 20 years to complete.
Metro-tour to enjoy
its gorgeous stations decorated with sculptures, stain-glass,
colored marble and bronze chandeliers and shopping at Izmailovo
Flea-Market "Vernisazh" - unique opportunity to buy traditional
Russian souvenirs of folk handicrafts. Please keep in mind that
Izmailovo market is only open on weekends.
*Lunch at the
Fisherman’s Shelter (Izba Rybaka) gay-owned seafood restaurant.
* Visit to the main
gay cruising area of Moscow - metro station “Kitai-Gorod”. Like any
large city, Moscow features many gay cruising areas, in Russian
dubbed "pleshka" (singular). The largest one on Kitai-Gorod has a
number of its patrons who come there every evening to dish with
their friends.
Late check out.
Evening transfer to the railway station.
Overnight sleeper
train to St. Petersburg (1st class compartment) – departure around
midnight.
If you wish to fly
between the two cities instead of taking a train, please contact our
agent for a quote and availability. Several flights are available
throughout the day. Your tour schedule can be adjusted accordingly.
Choosing the flight option will add a night at the hotel in one of
the cities.
Day 4
Arrival in St.
Petersburg – early morning.
Transfer to the hotel,
check in.
Sightseeing coach tour
around the city featuring all major city highlights in the course of
three hours, including visits to Peter & Paul Fortress, the burial
place of all Russian Emperors, the forth highest Cathedral in the
world with breathtaking design.
Free time. You can
visit the main gay cruising area in St.Petersburg - the Catherine's
Garden. The small garden is located on Nevsky prospect in front of
the Pushkin Theatre. In spring and summer, up to 100 gay guys cruise
around the monument to Catherine the Great. The place dies out by 2
A.M.
Day 5
Breakfast.
CCoach tour to
Peterhoff (Petrodvorets), one of the most sumptuous of the Imperial
residences. Magnificent architectural ensemble overlooking the Gulf
of Finland is known for its numerous palaces, pavilions and
fountains and is often compared to Versailles.
Lunch at the “Cat”
restaurant, pompous restaurant owned by the famous gay businessman
Graf Osintsev. Moderate prices. Nice waiters.
Visit to a gay night
club “Sinners” (Entrance fees are not included), the trendiest gay
club in St.Petersburg. Four floors, one dancefloor, bars, a dark
room, splendid romantic view from the top of the roof. Full
striptease all night long. Nude dancers mix with the crowd and
occasionally offer paint and brushes to visitors to draw on their
exposed bodies.
Day 6
Breakfast. Coach excursion
to the Hermitage Museum which ranks among the world’s major
museums. Its collection consists of nearly three million art
objects. Exhibits are displayed in the Winter Palace, as well as
the Small, Old and New Hermitages. Concerts and ballet
performances are given in the former Hermitage Theater. The
Hermitage collection has six departments: West European art, the
Antique world, primitive culture, Oriental culture and art, the
history of Russian culture, as well as numismatics.
*Lunch at the
Stroganoff Palace – all-you-can-eat buffet featuring real Russian
cuisine.
Free time.
* Evening performance:
Hermitage Theatre.
Day 7
Breakfast. Check out..
Transfer to the airport. Departure from St. Petersburg.

extended as well if you wish to spend more time in Moscow and/or St.

50% deposit is required in order to initiate
booking, The balance is due after tour confirmation and no later
than two weeks prior to departure from your country.
In case of cancellation, $100 non refundable deposit is retained.
